What is anonymous surfing?

Anonymous surfing, or browsing, is simply browsing the internet with most of your identity hidden. This can be accomplished by using an anonymous browser based proxy or web proxy. Why use a proxy?

Internet activity in many places (schools, businesses, libraries and even entire countries) is limited because “it is in your best interest“, as they claim. Along with the limitations placed on your internet usage they often also keep a record of everything you do with their computers.

Whenever you surf the internet your ip address (or WAN IP) is being logged by every website you visit. A simple check of web logs will show the ip address of everyone that visited a particular website.

These logs can be kept for years, and can send a trace back to you! It’s not a matter of just covering your tracks as most of us have nothing to hide, it’s a matter of privacy. Your right to privacy is being compromised when browsing without a proxy.

The purpose of our system is to provide non-filtered and non-recorded access to the internet. You can achieve that by visiting a website through our service. Any records being kept about your internet usage will show only this website and not the website you are actually visiting.
